The PortSIP ONE app is compatible only with PortSIP PBX version 22.0 or later. It does not support PortSIP PBX version 16.x.

Download and Installation
To download the latest version of PortSIP ONE for Windows, visit the PortSIP website.
The Windows desktop app is provided as an MSI installer.
Double-click the downloaded MSI file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
❗Note This guide applies to both PortSIP ONE for Windows (desktop) and PortSIP ONE WebRTC (browser-based).
