Purchase a DID on VoIP Innovations Platform

Before placing or receiving calls, you must have at least one active DID (Direct Inward Dialing number) associated with your VoIP Innovations account.

Note If you already have one or more active DIDs on your VoIP Innovations account, you can skip this section and proceed to trunk configuration.

Steps to Purchase a DID

  1. Log in to your VoIP Innovations account.

  2. Navigate to DIDs > Purchase DIDs.

  3. Select the type of number you want to purchase (for example, local or toll-free).

  4. Configure the number details as prompted.

    • A new window will appear, allowing you to specify options related to the selected number type.

  5. Click View DID Results to display a list of available numbers based on your criteria.

  6. Review the results and select the DID(s) you want to purchase.

  7. Click Buy DIDs Now to complete the purchase.

Expected Result

  • The selected DID numbers are added to your VoIP Innovations account and become available for trunk configuration.
