Purchase a DID on Wavix Platform

Before placing or receiving calls through Wavix, you must have at least one active DID (Direct Inward Dialing number) associated with your Wavix account. If you already have one or more active DIDs, you may skip this section and proceed directly to trunk configuration.


Purchase a DID on the Wavix Platform

Follow the steps below to purchase a DID number from Wavix:

  1. Sign in to the Wavix Platform Log in to your Wavix account using your administrator credentials.

  2. Navigate to DID Purchase From the top menu, go to Numbers & Trunks, then click Buy.

  3. Select Location Choose the country and region where you want to purchase a DID.

  4. Choose a Number Select one or more available DID numbers, then click Buy Now.

  5. Confirm and Check Out You will be redirected to the Cart page. Review your selection and complete the checkout process to finalize the purchase.


Important Notes on DID Activation

Note Some DIDs require local regulatory documentation (such as proof of address, business registration, or identity documents) before they can be activated.

  • Upload the required documents in the Wavix portal as prompted.

  • Inbound calling will remain unavailable until the documents are reviewed and approved.

  • Approval is handled by the Wavix Number Provisioning team and may take additional time depending on the country.
